Our 3-bedroom mountain home, located in el Tarter, Canillo, overlooks the ski slopes of Grandvalira and the valley of Valira d’Orient. From our house you can enjoy some of the best panoramic views in Andorra’s pyrenees.
Our modern holiday home and ski chalet, constructed in 2019, comprises 255m2, spread over 3 floors. It offers plenty of natural daylight throughout the year and is stylishly decorated and fitted out with high quality furniture to create a warm ambiance and super comfortable stay. The villa features 3 well appointed bedrooms, each with its individual bathroom, and accommodates 6 to 7 people.
Also, the terraced townhouse has an impressive outdoor terrace, with stunning mountain views, a private parking garage for 2 cars, and a private lift.
On the lower floor you will find the living area, with a sunken lounge, furnished with specially crafted design furniture and a pallet fireplace. Home cinema has been taken to a next level with an ultra short throw projector which creates an impressive full wall display. It features high ceilings with large wall to wall windows giving a lot of natural light throughout the year. It also connects with a large hanging terrace, overlooking the ski pistes of El Tarter, Grandvalira – Andorra.
A small step up from the living you have the fully equipped and modern open plan kitchen. It features a cooking island with induction cooking plates (4) as well as an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.. Additionally are there plenty of other machines like a Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, water kettle, sandwich maker, rice cooker and raclette machine.
The house can accommodate 6 to 7 people in total. On the street level floor, there are two guest bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom and the other a bathroom in the corridor. And on the top or attic floor, you will find a spacious master-bedroom, with a large walk-in closet and a large modern en-suite bathroom.

On the lower level, behind the kitchen there is a private garage which with 34m2 spaciously fits two cars, and also offers ski storage racks, plus a boot heater.
And there is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. And the house is equipped with an elevator reaching all three floors as well.
